Neal Schutt
Planning and Development Project Manager
Neal Schutt is the Planning and Development Project Manager at the Harvard Allston Land Company. He supports HALC by managing outside consultants and facilitating collaboration between internal stakeholders to advance transactions, strategic decision making, asset management, permitting, and planning efforts.
Previously, Neal practiced as an Architect under his own license and with Merrill, Pastor, and Colgan Architects (MPCA), Hammond, Beeby, Rupert Ainge Architects (HBRA), and Trapolin Peer Architects (TPA). Neal holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED Class of ’24) from MIT and a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch Class of ’16) from the University of Notre Dame.
